Ways you can register:
1. Online
You may register via the secure CSCTR website starting December 5, 2025 - April 7, 2025. Online payment is by credit card only (Visa, Master Card, Discover, or American Express).
2. Mail
Complete the regular online registration form. At the end of the registration process, you may print out a copy of your meeting invoice and mail it in with a check* or credit card to:

*Payment by check must be drawn on a U.S. bank, made payable to Central Society for Clinical and Translational Research or CSCTR.

Trainee Cohort Discount
CSCTR and MWAFMR are excited to announce the Trainee Cohort Discount, available for the 2026 Midwest Clinical and Translational Research Meeting. The discount will be available for institutions bringing a set number of trainees to the 2026 Midwest Meeting.
Who qualifies for the trainee discount?
- Eligible (trainee/learner category): Medical students (all years); Residents; Fellows; Postdocs, Postbaccs; Undergraduate students; Graduate students
- Not eligible (register at appropriate standard rates): Technicians; Clinical research coordinators/study coordinators; Staff scientists (non-trainee roles); program staff and other research personnel
Discount structure:
- 20% discount once an institution commits 15 or more trainees (fewer than 30)
- 30% discount once an institution commits 30 or more trainees
How to claim the discount:
- All attendees must be part of the same organization, and one representative manages the group registration. Attendee names are due at the time of payment.
- Discount will be offered for members and non-members with a price difference as displayed above.
- All registrations within the group discount are billed through one invoice and paid with one check/credit card. Multiple forms of payment cannot be accepted.
- Registration is transferable. Additional new members can be added to the group registration and invoiced separately with the discount.

Registration Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be sent to info@csctr.org. A full refund minus a $50 fee for cancellations received on or before Tuesday, April 7, 2026. No refund for cancellations after Tuesday, April 7, 2026. The CSCTR and the MWAFMR reserve the right to cancel any program and assume no responsibility for personal expenses. Refund is processed within 30 days of a written cancellation notice.
