Online Advanced Registration
Ways you can register:
1. Online
You may register via the secure CSCTR website through March 29, 2024. Online payment is by credit card only (Visa, Master Card, Discover, or American Express).
2. Mail
Complete the regular online registration form. At the end of the registration process you may print out a copy of your meeting invoice and mail it in with a check* or credit card to:

*Payment by check must be drawn on a U.S. bank, made payable to Central Society for Clinical and Translational Research or CSCTR.

Registration Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be sent to info@csctr.org. A full refund minus $25 fee for cancellations received on or before Wednesday, April 5, 2024. No refund for cancellations after Wednesday, April 5. The CSCTR and the MWAFMR reserve the right to cancel any program and assumes no responsibility for personal expenses. Refund is processed within 30 days of written cancellation notice.
