CALL FOR ABSTRACTS

Abstract and Informative Case Report Submissions is now closed.

AUTHOR ATTENDANCE REQUIREMENT

By submitting an abstract or informative case report to the 2014 Combined Annual Meeting, you agree that at least one author must attend the meeting if the abstract or informative case report is accepted. Authors must be available to present on the date and time assigned by the Combined Annual Meeting committee. Authors will be notified of presentation times at the time of or shortly after notification of acceptance and are expected to make appropriate travel arrangements to ensure that at least one author is present.

ABSTRACT REVIEW

All abstracts submitted will be reviewed and graded in a blinded fashion by CSCTR/MWAFMR Combined Annual Meeting members. The review process takes approximately 2-3 weeks; acceptance notification will be mailed by February 14, 2014.

Early Bird Deadline: Monday, December 30, 2013
Final Deadline: Monday, January 13, 2014
Acceptance Notification: Friday, February 28, 2014
Awards Notification: Friday, March 7, 2014

WHO SHOULD SUBMIT

Abstract and Informative Case Report submission is open to physician-scientists, research scientists, clinicians and medical education professionals. This meeting multi-disciplinary, abstract submission is highly recommended for young investigators, fellows, junior scientists and trainees, who would benefit from close interaction with senior colleagues regarding their work.

ONLINE SUBMISSION

Abstracts and Informative Case Reports must be submitted, online via the CSCTR/MWAFMR submission site http://csctr2014.abstractcentral.com. To ensure that your data is entered correctly, please follow all instructions carefully, complete instructions for submission can be found online. When you have completed the abstract submission process, please print a copy of your submitted abstract for your files.

ABSTRACT AND INFORMATIVE CASE REPORT LENGTH

There is a limit of 3800 characters (including spaces) for the text of your abstract or informative case report submissions. The character limit does not include authors, institutions, or title. The character limit does however include tables.

ABSTRACT AND INFORMATIVE CASE REPORT SUBMISSION FEE

A non-refundable fee will be charged to cover the costs of processing, review and/or publication. You must include a separate payment with each abstract or informative case report submitted. You will not be able to submit an abstract or informative case report without entering your appropriate payment information. After entering your information a page will appear that you will print as your receipt. The fee schedule is as follows:
